For the moment police took the assessment last week, and now it's process by another part of the police. I don't think I'm going to claim for compensation, I just want insurance to work for doctors/surgery/salary loose if needed. For last year accident we are still in claiming process and honestly I'm not just it's worth claiming this time :(. I've seen a specialist yesterday, he think I need surgery, but need a second view on my shoulder by a shoulder specialist next week. Cross finger. Hey Rick, thanks.

I would seriously be looking into a compensation claim.
